Hi there,
Our mental health is something that impacts all parts of our lives. You are important enough to take care of yourself.
My main specialty is working with individuals experiencing anxiety and depression. In addition, I also specialize in working with individuals with complex trauma, eating disorders, and life transitions. My goal is to create an environment in which you feel safe and accepted, so that you are free to explore the patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that create and maintain whatever discontentment led you to seek therapy services. We will work together to assess and implement new ways of responding to life's challenges that work for you.
Meeting you where you are and holding space to work through the hard parts of life is a critical part of my work. I believe in the power of psychoeducation and feel that if we can have a better understanding of why we feel the way we feel and behave in certain ways, we can work towards effective, long-term change.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy being outside in the sunshine and spending time with my family.
If you're ready and willing to begin navigating a new normal, I am here.
I received my MSW from Spring Arbor University and I am currently Limited Licensed Master Social Worker (LLMSW) in the State of Michigan
