Our approach

We are a group of master-level counselors and social workers who provide quality mental health care. We offer comprehensive therapeutic services to individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief & loss, body image issues, trauma related disorders and adjustment issues. Providing you with a safe space to process.

We welcome you to our spaces and try to make them as comfortable and inviting as possible. We understand that therapy can be intimidating— we welcome you with warmth and empathy.

In-person and remote options

We have two locations that offer face to face therapy services, servicing both Central and Northern Michigan. Our locations are conveniently located in Mount Pleasant and Traverse City Michigan.

For those that face to face services are not feasable or those that prefer remote therapy, we also offer telehealth services statewide.
