Hi there,

Healing looks different for everyone-and it starts with feeling safe enough to be yourself

I’m Casey, a therapist who works with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, depression, domestic violence and life transitions. Whether you’re working through something painful from the past, feeling stuck in your current season, or simply looking for a place to be fully seen and supported, therapy can be a space to reconnect with yourself and move toward healing.

My approach is grounded in collaboration and trust. I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based techniques, and I’m rooted in a Person-Centered philosophy — which means your voice, values, and lived experiences are at the heart of our work together, you are the expert on you. I believe that therapy should feel like a conversation — one built on safety, compassion, and the freedom to explore all parts of who you are.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing eating disorders, whether you're just starting to explore your relationship with food and your body, or you've been in this struggle for a long time. I also support clients navigating trauma, whether recent or long past, and I understand how overwhelming it can be to carry those experiences without support.

What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is never to “fix” you — it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strengths, gain clarity, and move toward the life you want.

Outside the therapy room, I’m someone who values simplicity, curiosity, and connection. I find peace in being outdoors, whether I’m on the golf course, riding my scooter, or discovering a new spot to explore. I’m energized by deep conversations and quiet moments of reflection — the kinds that remind me to slow down and stay grounded. I'm a lifelong learner and often find myself diving into new books or exploring ideas that help me show up with more presence, insight, and empathy — both in my work and in life.

If you’re looking for support as you take your next step, I’d be honored to be part of that journey.

Education: I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Central Michigan University.
