Hi there,
As a therapist, my job is to help folks show up for the people and things in their life that really matter.
I’m a therapist and with experience working with a diverse range of people including those who are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns and career stress or burnout. I especially enjoy working with first generation college students and early career professionals and practice from a person-centered perspective. I believe in helping people find their worth, explore meaning in their lives and maintain connections in the communities that matter to them.
When not working, you might find me camping with my family, driving with the windows down, building indoor terrariums and gardens or relaxing with a good book of poetry or watching a TV show with my dog – a nearly furless, mostly fearless, sweater-wearing chihuahua.
Education: I received my Bachelor’s from Albion College followed by my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University.
