Hi there,

Life can feel unpredictable, full of ups, downs, and unexpected turns. When challenges arise, having the right support can make all the difference. My goal is to walk alongside you through life’s difficulties, providing guidance, compassion, and evidence-based care to help you move toward meaningful change.

I specialize in the assessment and treatment of body dysphoria and eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID). Treatment may include Family-Based Therapy (FBT) with adolescents and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with an eating disorder focus for adult clients. My goal is to support you in developing a healthy relationship with food while encouraging you to learn to love your body overall.

I also support individuals healing from attachment wounds, trauma, and PTSD. Treatment may include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help process distressing experiences, as well as interventions focused on strengthening boundaries and relationships. Sessions may incorporate elements of art therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to promote deeper self-understanding and emotional healing.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, life transitions, or relationship concerns, taking this step is an important investment in your healing and growth. I look forward to supporting you along the way.

When I am not in the counseling office you can find me spending time with my two daughters and our husky or deep into a stack of books.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University.
