Hi there,

My mission is to create a safe, empowering space where every individual feels supported on their journey toward resilience and emotional well-being.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in education and a passion for supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. I began her career as a public school teacher and counselor, where she developed a deep understanding of the complex dynamics within family and educational systems. Driven by a desire to reach more people, I transitioned into agency-based counseling, where I now serve a broader and more diverse population.

I specialize in working with families and children, and she has extensive experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. I bring my background in academics and lived experience to my practice.

I am an EMDRIA-approved EMDR therapist, offering Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy both in-person and virtually. I use compassionate, evidence-based approaches that empower my clients to process past experiences, release anxiety, embrace emotions, and move forward with confidence.

My own life experiences have shaped me, and I’ve triumphed over challenges that led me to the meaningful work I do today. What lights up my world is sharing knowledge that brings immediate peace and joy into people’s lives. I’m passionate about equipping you with the education and tools you need to heal, grow, and create a fulfilling life.

Education: I completed my Master of Arts in Counseling from Central Michigan University and before that a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ferris State University
