Hi there,

Where understanding meets hope, and hope leads to change.

I enjoy helping clients develop healthier coping mechanisms, improve their interpersonal relationships, and enhance their overall quality of life. I’m grateful to be part of a community where people look out for one another, and that sense of connection is at the heart of my work. Since 2003, I’ve supported children, teens, and adults as they navigate life’s challenges, offering a steady, compassionate space to grow and heal.

I work with anxiety, anger, stress, self‑esteem concerns, relationship struggles, life transitions, ADHD, and traumatic brain injuries. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, shaping each session around what feels most meaningful and helpful for the person or family sitting with me. My foundation is in cognitive‑behavioral therapy (CBT), but I draw from a variety of evidence‑based approaches to ensure treatment feels personal, practical, and supportive.

My style is warm, down‑to‑earth, and approachable. I want clients to feel truly heard and understood, and to leave sessions feeling more hopeful, empowered, and connected.

I earned my master’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University in 2000, and I’m honored to serve individuals and families in this community.
