I enjoy working with a wide range of clientele of all ages in both group and individual settings. My style of counseling incorporates a person-centered approach utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused and supportive therapy.

When I’m not in the counseling office, I enjoy spending time with family, yoga and paddle boarding, attending concerts, cooking, reading and making precious moments with friends.

Education: I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health with a concentration in Addictions Counseling from Central Michigan University.
