Hi there,

I wanted to become a therapist because I believe every person is more than their struggles, and I am honored to help individuals navigate challenges while recognizing and building upon their strengths.

I work with pre-teens, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, life transitions, depression, and challenges with emotional regulation.

In sessions, I primarily use a person-centered and cognitive behavioral approach, while also drawing from existential principles when appropriate. I believe in focusing on the client’s strengths and capabilities, helping them move toward living as their most authentic self.

I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that is trusting, honest, and supportive—where clients feel safe to explore and grow. Born and raised in Mount Pleasant, I am deeply passionate about giving back to her community, supporting local businesses, and being an ally to underrepresented groups.

In my free time you can find me doing puzzles, reading, and taking peaceful walks.

Education: I graduated from Central Michigan University with her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
