Hi there,

I’m glad you’re here. This is a space where we can begin exploring who you are and what you need - together

I am based in Traverse City, Michigan, specializing in working with adolescents (ages 12 and up) through adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and body image concerns. I am passionate about helping clients feel seen, supported, and empowered as they work toward healing and personal growth.

I am trained in three evidence-based therapeutic modalities: Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). My approach is compassionate, individualized, and rooted in creating a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship.

Outside of the therapy room, I find grounding in the simple pleasures of life—walking my dog, biking, reading, and spending time in nature. Morning coffee, cuddles from pets, listening to the birds, and feeling the breeze are small moments that help me stay present and connected. This sense of mindfulness and calm is something I brings into my work, helping clients slow down, create space, and feel their emotions in a supported, centered environment.

If you or your child is struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or issues related to food or body image, I welcomes you to reach out. I am currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Education: I earned my Master of Social Work from Grand Valley State University in 2018.
