Hi there,
I became a therapist because I know how important it is to feel truly understood— especially when life feels overwhelming.
I understand how hard it can be to take that first step toward seeking support, I am so glad you are here. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I want to walk alongside you in your healing journey, offering empathy and encouragement as you move toward growth and self-discovery.
As a therapist, I’m passionate about helping clients identify patterns that may be holding them back from living the life they want. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a therapeutic technique for processing traumatic experiences and shifting negative self-beliefs. Whether you’re navigating a significant life transition, coping with anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, I aim to support you in finding clarity and confidence. By fostering a safe and non-judgmental space, I aim to help you create a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
Outside of therapy, I like to spend time with my fur baby, Lady. She is a chiweenie (chihuahua dachshund mix). I like going for walks, thrifting, watching my comfort TV shows, and baking sweet treats!
I received my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Oakland University
