Hi there,
I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of meeting each person where they are.
I'm a licensed therapist with a heart for helping individuals through the emotional weight of grief and loss, the challenges of anxiety and depression, and the uncertainty that can come with major life transitions.
Whether you're coping with the death of a loved one, feeling stuck in a season of change, or navigating daily stress and sadness, I offer a space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help reframe unhelpful thought patterns,Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy to ensure that your voice and experiences are always at the center of our work together. I also incorporate grief-informed practices to gently support you in processing loss.
Whether you're seeking tools to manage anxiety, a space to grieve, or guidance through a major life transition, I'm here to walk alongside you with care and collaboration.
When I am not at work, I enjoy taking weekend trips with my twin daughters and husband. I spend most days outside, especially in the spring and summer. I also love creating and designing, saving the ideas on Pinterest is my favorite!
I completed my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Central Michigan University.
I look forward to connecting with you soon!
