Navigating mental health concerns of a child can feel isolating at times, first we want all parents to know that it is important that you support yourself while you also support your loved ones. Sometimes the best line of support is seeking therapy for yourself while you navigate these waters. We are happy to work with you in our office (with a separate provider to your child’s primary) or provide other referral sources in the area if you are seeking your own therapy in addition to therapy for your child.
